MK1100 is a general-purpose flexible graphite packing which made from 1100Y graphite yarn. Applicable for static packing sealing at high temperature.
Outer ring grooving machine design for making groove of outer ring of spiral wound gasket, controlled by air pump. No longer expensive lathes need; one worker can see after more then 10 machines in same time.
The product is sintered with PTFE and graphite at high temperature. Advantages: low friction coefficient, good compressibility, better wear-resistant; suitable for chemical, petrochemical, hydrocarbon reaction and power plants.
